Licensing
Patricia Pinto is a licensed Mortgage Agent Level 2 (Licence #M22000988) in the Province of Ontario, operating under Sherwood Mortgage Group Inc. (Brokerage Licence #12176), a member of the Mortgage Architects Network. Mortgage brokering in Ontario is regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA).
How I'm compensated
I'm typically paid a finder's fee by the lender once your mortgage funds — not by you. In the majority of residential mortgages, the lender pays a finder's fee upon funding, at no direct cost to you. In certain cases — such as some private or complex files — a fee may apply. When that is the case, I disclose the amount to you in writing, and you agree to it, before any work begins.
