When it makes sense

Alternative (B) and private lenders look at the bigger picture rather than a single credit score or income line. They fund deals banks decline — often quickly — with terms designed as a bridge, not a destination.

Eyes open on cost

Private financing carries higher rates and fees because it carries more risk. I am fully transparent about the numbers and only recommend it when it genuinely solves your problem — never as a default.

The exit strategy is the point
